I fully recognise that this isn’t a popular theology for everyone, but it is lifesaving one for the few that are stranded in life, those living a Joban experience. And
it’sreally for these which feel compelled to produce this message.

Offer a trifle of sympathy, but don’t go crazy. Too much sympathy flip a whiner or complainer into a victim. Unless someone has died or been seriously maimed
orhad another similar life blow, limit sympathy to nods and some neutral verbal expressions that indicate the complaint becoming heard.

A little respect and customary courtesy goes a long way, so. Most businesses want to make you happy. Happy customers mean repeat business and good
word-of-mouthadvertising. Don’t assume that they intentionally set out to ruin your day or rob you of one’s wallet. Everyone makes mistakes and inside your
handleyour complaint professionally, chances are you’ll obtain the results are you.

Closing. Summarize the entire complaint with your closing, but do it in less than three paragraphs. Again, keep a neutral tone and avoid attacking the actual.
