All successful people experience positive and negative responses. In the beginning of their journey, successful people experience a lot more negative
feedbackthan positive feedback. This is certainly true for stand up comedians. Naturally, we all enjoy positive feedback (i.e. praise, results, success,
promotions)more than negative feedback (i.e. failure, lack of results, complaints, rejection).
Are you getting feedback because you want to or because your employer told you you definitely should? feedback will contain more power it is far more do it of
