The mistakes leaders make are often completely avoidable with suitable feedback at the right time. But the wrong kind of feedback can be another leadership
mistake.Every mistakes leaders often make when you are looking at getting suggestions.
Whenever possible, ask probing questions to get additional detail. For example, somebody tells you “Thanks in your help today,” that’s possibility to for
on-the-spotfeedback! Asking them questions how you were helpful, what specifically took action now or testified that made an optimistic difference. Via same

At the same time I find myself feeling annoyed when individuals tell me I’ve lost a round of that game. Here I’ve made an effort to be tactful and they tell me it
