I’ve also worked with leaders who genuinely thought about their followers, were actively engaged inside growth and development, and communicated an
evidentvision of where the group was going. Those leaders enjoyed fantastic results, a stellar work environment, and the only turnover they experienced was
dueto promotion. Their success hadn’t been due to leadership advertisments. They succeeded, not by using techniques or systems, but by using the one
simplething – their strength of identity.
You may have a leadership role in public areas service, being a non-profit board member, inside your church, one Girl or Boy Scouts, or in your area. You
mightnot exactly think of yourself as being a business leader, but you can still be considered a leader in your neighborhood. We’ll know this as a community
leader.
