To some, being in leadership means being able to enjoy a position of authority over others. To others, it’s mark of status or just a way to avoid accountability.
Someenjoy leadership as a means of enablement to precise themselves in a vocational or ministerial sense. Still others see leadership as an approach to help
others.And maybe some see leadership as all of all of these.
There differ leadership models and styles, but one particular that creates the strongest leaders are individuals who is designed for and would delight in having
otherstrong leaders around them. King Arthur as well as the Knights of the Round Table come to mind – but we won’t have another Movie Time now!
The facts that effective leaders listen more compared to they talk. They neither bluff nor exaggerate. They influence others by doing what however they will
