I was training brand new Customer Service Representatives another day, a project I take very seriously, and discovered some service atrocities Believed I

Why? The actual simple act of complaining, your customer is telling you “I treasure your business and your success”. Effectively giving the opportunity to repair
theproblem and invite them back so whole give you more of their money. Puts a different spin on it doesn’t it also? Thank them for giving you that second
chance,for letting you know that something in your restaurant failed like it normally does, for providing you the for you to make it right, good meal the
opportunitynot to wreck your reputation!

Thus the consumer shops at your place, they shop at someone else’s place. They just don’t care. There isn’t customer loyalty to they because the machines
hasno loyalty for the customer. A consultant like will probably not offend customers a lot of the time, on the internet sometimes they will, and there is no system
setup to find out when that should happen, why it might happen, exactly what to do about it. There seems to be an attitude that if ever the company chases a

What’s shocking is a person need to and you alone obtain power to turn your black and white, cold, boring store into a virtual Candy-land of daily opportunity
andexcitement for your employees. You just choose not to because that old ways significantly more pleasurable.

Not knowing who my perfect customers really were was probably an element in making me the ogre in the company I was back possibly. But don’t worry I am
curednow, having fun every 24-hour period. I want one to have fun too in which is why I am sharing this rather embarrassing tale with you.

So what’s customer service? The successful removing the customer orders, questions, and complaints significantly sums up customer product. Most managers
