Take Your Bread Machine Out From The Cupboard!

Many long years ago, I was given a loaf of Swedish Limpa Rye Bread, by a neighbor I was friendly with afterward. I had been making bread for over 10 years
atthe time and knew the basics. I had never come in contact with anyone Swedish before, and I could be seen as attracted by different cultures and their
foods.I took the loaf home with me and ate a slice. Oh my, was it good. Got to know the recipe.

Use the basic, basic/specialty bread select setting. Add liquid ingredients and butter to the pan. Add dry ingredients, except the yeast, to your pan. Tap the pan
tosettle the dry ingredients, pushing some for this mixture in the corners.

All bread needs several basic ingredients. Flour, of path. And some liquid (water, milk, fruit juice). Salt. Yes, salt. Without salt the yeast will just run like
bonkers.Salt, aside from adding flavor is like nature’s foot brake. It slows along the yeast. Oh, and of course yeast.

The very first thing you wish to accomplish is wash your hands and clean your subject. You don’t want to make yourself sick, an individual don’t want
undesirablesubstances (hair, other food, etc) in your bread.

Baking Learn. If you, as I do, love to understand creating various new breads and invent new recipes, so you sense like true baking champion, then a bread
makeris a complete hit. So far I have tried with Graham flour, cracked wheat kernels, walnuts, rye bread mixture.

Little mistakes can cause big complications .. Leaving knives lying around unorganized on the counter lead to bad cuts, or forgetting to put off an oven can find
afire.

Last to mention and maybe not the most important are the ‘add-on’ that are given away. Some bread makers come with a Bread Making Recipe Book or
despitemeasuring cups. The measuring cups might be more useful than it sounds; US and Europe tend a cordless different metric systems for their tested
recipes.
